Particular emphasis was placed on insect-induced stress, examined as a primary driver of physiological reconfiguration within the leaf, directly shaping the final aromatic profile.

Comparative analysis across different tea grades and key aroma compounds introduced participants to molecular markers of quality, their sensory expression, and the transformation pathways occurring throughout processing.
